Aluminum structures are a comparatively new invention. Rather than having poles in the centre and ropes pulling the canvas to the side, they have an aluminum skeleton into which the covers are placed. The great advantage with this is that no centre poles are required allowing more usable space within the marquee. It also allows for a clear view down the the inside of the structure which is particularly beneficial when presentations are being made. The other benefit from structures is their portability. As our structures can be secured to the ground with weights, no steel pegs are required (although they are used where possible). This allows us to erect structures on car parks etc. where pegs cannot be used. Structures are considerably more stable than traditional marquees and can withstand higher windspeeds and snow loadings.
The Marquee is 70ft by 30ft Aluminum Structurer and may be extended or reduced in 3m (10ft) bays to create larger or a smaller Marquee for your continence and a price to suit every pocket.. The outer walls are optional and are available in plain white .

A minimum, non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm marquee hire bookings. The balance to be settled by negotiation

Insurance of all equipment is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER during hire period (from time it is delivered and until it is collected).The hirer is wholly responsible for Loss or Damage, however caused, to marquee and equipment during the hire period (the hirer will not be held responsible for storm damage to marquee, as long as hirer ensures marquee has had all sides replaced and fully pegged down BEFORE storm arrives, and reports situation to us).
Damaged or missing items will be charged for at replacement cost.
If hired without our supervision, all equipment should be operated by a competent person.
MARQUEE SAFETY GUIDELINES
Marquee sides must be fully replaced and tied down when not in use.
No one must remove or tamper with any, straps, clips or stakes.
Do not attach awnings or any structure to marquee as it may put stress on framework.
Keep all fires, barbecues, and anything hot (including some lighting) away from marquee.
No cooking allowed in or around any marquee except designated service marquees. A charge for cleaning will be made should any evidence of the aforesaid be found.
Do not allow anyone to climb on marquee framework.
Do not stick anything to marquee walls or windows.
It is the hirers responsibility to ensure any farm animals are kept away from marquee, including sheep, which have been known to cause considerable damage.
Ensure marquee is vacated during heavy storms; it is only a temporary structure.
CANCELLATION
Should hirer wish to cancel booking, Tegryn Welfare Comittee retains all reservation payments, 20% of contract value.
TERMS
WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire.
We reserve the right to cancel contract due to adverse weather conditions or if marquee erecting site becomes unsafe and puts our employees and / or property at risk in any way.
WE ARE NOT AND NEVER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WEATHER!
If hired without our supervision then any problems arising or Faulty equipment must be reported to us immediately, otherwise hirer will be held responsible for any further damages that occur.
